- Coordinate and implement bespoke tax planning structures designed to minimise liabilities
- Provide senior employees to hold all necessary fiduciary positions
- Register the yacht in the Isle of Man or another jurisdiction, if required
- Provide comprehensive administrative services for the structure
- Assist with finance arrangements
- Undertake daily fiduciary yacht management services including applying for necessary licenses and certificates in relation to the yacht and its crew, dealing with flag state issues, crew employment, managing supplier accounts and liaison with technical managers
- Source comprehensive insurance to ensure the yacht has appropriate cover for all eventualities. Our service also includes swift and efficient claims management
- Set up satellite systems and radio accounts
- Liaise with maritime authorities in the Isle of Man and in a variety of jurisdictions around the world
- Co-ordinate charter arrangements
- Prepare regular management accounts and annual financial statements for the ownership structure
- Supply comprehensive management reports, as required
